Return and Refund Period:
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from the date you receive your Swiss Key. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your Swiss Key must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us before shipping your item back. Please contact us at hansonchienproduction@gmail.com to obtain your RMA.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hansonchienproduction@gmail.com.
Exchanges:
If you receive an imperfect or defective Swiss Key, please reach out to us at hansonchienproduction@gmail.com, and we will promptly address the issue. We are confident in the quality of our craftsmanship, and under proper care and without any physical impact, the key should last indefinitely.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, please contact us to obtain RMA and address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
